Having held senior positions in HR management and training & development with prestigious companies for many years, I am an expert in employee relations – specifically change management, mergers, acquisitions, mediation, redundancy, investigations, disciplinary, dismissals and associated issues.

I set up Indigo HR in 2004 to make my extensive experience and knowledge available to a wider range of businesses. Combining my natural ability to relate to people and recognise what makes them ‘tick’, with an appreciation of commercial reality, I support SMEs and corporate clients with a highly personalised HR service.

As Indigo has grown, I’ve built a team of hand-picked, trusted associates with HR skills that complement my own. It’s proved to be a very successful model, and today I’m working with a diverse range of organisations, providing bespoke HR solutions to help them deal with change, and get the very best from their employees. I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified, accredited Workplace Mediator.
