The Company:
A large Japanese manufacturing company

The Problem:
A sales employee had been dismissed by the company for gross misconduct and required an independent HR consultant to hear the appeal.

Our Approach:
       Indigo allocated an associate with Employment Tribunal and employment law experience to hear this appeal as these skills          would be valuable in this situation.
       The consultant gleaned as much background information from the initial dismissal meeting as possible, remaining          independent at all times
       The appeal was heard and a thorough report was produced which upheld the decision of dismissal
