Employment Law Essentials

This workshop guides delegates through the basics of employing people, from recruitment through to termination (with a good many subject areas in between). Packed with practical tips and advice, it has been especially designed for those with people management responsibilities.

This workshop helps delegates to avoid Employment Tribunals by working practically through every step of disciplinaries and grievances and clearly highlighting many of the common mistakes made in practice.

Tuesday 8th June
|
This workshop equips delegates with the skills and legal knowledge needed to reduce lost time and the costs associated with absence. It also provides delegates with the practical skills and knowledge to manage poor performers thereby reducing the impact on the business.
