Director, Louise Farrell FCIPD


Louise Farrell - Director Indigo HR With 20 years of experience with both Blue Chip companies and smaller organisations, Louise Farrell heads the team with energy and focus.  Louise has worked in Human Resources Management and Learning and Development roles in a number of formidable organisations including:

Her exposure to this eclectic range of industries and cultures has given Louise a flexibility of approach that is second to none. Moreover, her experience has been gained in both unionised and non-unionised environments.

All IndigoHR consultants qualified as mediators are trained by the ADR Group whose courses are recognised by the Law Society and the Civil Mediation Council, accredited by the Bar Council and validated by Liverpool John Moores UniversityHR ConsultancyLouise, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and qualified in Workplace Mediation brings many and varied skills to an organisation and focusses on providing practical business solutions to HR issues. Her speciality lies in the Employee Relations field; specifically change management, mergers, acquisitions and the associated people and business issues.

It is this flexibility and bespoke service which allows Indigo HR to offer on tap support to your business – help and advice is available whenever and wherever you may need it.

When she’s not working, Louise relaxes by walking the fields of Oxfordshire and Berkshire with her border-collie cross dog!

Sue Ferguson FCIPD

Sue Ferguson

Sue has over 20 years experience in line management and HR operating at manager and strategic board level. Her expertise lies in generalist HR and she provides a ‘cradle to grave’ service to clients in terms of the employee lifecycle.  She has an MA (HRM) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Sue is an editor of her village local newspaper in Berkshire.

Julie Marsden MCIPD

Julie Marsden

With 20 years experience within a variety of sectors, Julie offers a fresh approach to "people business" and specialises in all aspects of developing organisations through their people, impacting on business performance and improving the bottom line.  She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  For Julie, Rio is more likely to mean her three year old gun-dog than a city in Brazil or a footballer!

Laura Davis MCIPD, NLP Prac

Laura Davis

Laura has experience as both a line commercial manager and as an HR professional in high profile customer focused environments.  She has a proven record of accomplishment with specialist experience in resourcing, training and change management and can communicate and influence at all levels, contributing significantly to business performance.  She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an NLP Practitioner.  Laura spends her free time with her husband, loves to travel and likes to play golf (although she says not as well as her namesake!).

 

Nicki Kempston MCIPD

Nicki Kempston

Nicki has a vast range of HR experience in sectors ranging from logistics & transport to retail.  Nicki’s expertise is in change management issues and taking the jargon out of HR matters, whilst her speciality is employment relations; particularly in the areas of TUPE and Trade Union negotiations.   She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  When not in the office, Nicki can be found sailing in and around the Solent.

Carol Cromer MCIPD

Carol Woolmington

Carol's speciality is the use of psychometrics in all areas of work but specifically in outplacement & redundancy, training and development programmes and recruitment and selection.  She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, qualified in the use of psychometric testing and profiling tools with SHL (Saville and Holdsworth) and registered with the British Psychological Society.  She is also licensed in the use of career counselling and development tools, a registered member of the SHL Partner Network, and trained and registered with Saville Consulting.  Carol’s dream is to spend more time exploring New Zealand.

 Rebecca Woolmington MCIPD
 

Rebecca is a highly motivated commercially aware HR generalist with excellent communication skills and a clear view on the value of HR.  She is able to demonstrate a proven track record in the development of strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.  Her experience encompasses both operational and strategic responsibilities, and she really likes operating as a holistic HR resource for small to medium sized companies, thriving in a challenging environment.  She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Rebecca has twin boys who keep her busy when she is not working!

Andrea Grist

Andrea Grist FCIPD

Andrea is an experienced organisational coach and development professional, focusing on the development of senior business leaders and management teams, as well as managing organisation change projects to enable top business performance.

She combines a unique blend of deep business acumen and pragmatic solutions to bring change to both organisations and individuals. Trained with the ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute she coaches extensively in culture change, career transition, leadership and people management.

Andrea offers a true safe place for all her clients, while adding healthy doses of humour, energy, challenge and mischief!
